The consultation manager here was really bad. They said you had to book over a month in advance, and even from the phone call they were already irritated. There was only one manager. They acted like they knew everything, as if they were the doctor. Even the director seemed to have little confidence in the surgery's effect. So when I said I would not do it, they immediately told me to pay the 10,000 won consultation fee.
