The wait was so long it made me wonder why there was even a reservation system. It was a typical factory-style place, and I really disliked how they kept trying to bundle things during the consultation. Maybe because it was so crowded, the staff were not very friendly either. For simple procedures, you do not even get to see the doctor face to face; you just talk to the consultation manager and that is it.
