I had a consultation before surgery. The director was available for consultation, and you have to make a reservation before visiting to set up the consultation. The director explains the surgical method in detail, but.. I felt the customized consultation about what my face actually needs was somewhat lacking.. Surprisingly, the staff seemed kinder and explained things more clearly, and it seemed like they pursued a natural image rather than an overly cosmetic one.
