I had a banding injection procedure here before and got a lot of effect from it. I felt like I was being forced to buy the tape, but the director was kind, and the procedure was comfortable, so it was fine. But the staff friendliness was really disappointing After the procedure, there was no separate aftercare or guidance, and no one paid any attention to me. I stood around alone for a while, then asked if I could just leave, and they said yes, you can go, lol. The staff attitude before and after the procedure felt completely different..
