As time passed, my nose became very droopy at the tip, almost like a hooked nose. My nose and mouth are so close that they almost say hello to each other T_T Is this just aging over time, or a design issue? I do not know T_T I had bulbous nose reduction, alar reduction, and tip heightening, but T_T not great.
