I went in for a consultation because of inflammation. The place had only just opened, so there weren't really any reviews, but the director had come from another hospital. I remember hearing that the feedback there was good.
The front desk staff asked how I found them, and when I said I came after looking online, they kept asking very specific questions. That made me feel a bit uneasy. I still don't really know why they asked.
The consultation manager told me to get surgery today, so I got the feeling they were a bit too obvious about it, if that makes sense.
The director's explanation was very thorough. The X-ray and CT seemed to be free, which I liked.
