I went in for a consultation because I was bothered by alar reduction, and even though I had booked an appointment, there was a bit of waiting time. They asked what my concern was, and when I said it was my nostrils, they immediately said that an external incision would do the job! I asked about the other parts, and they said there was no real need, so they didn't mention any overtreatment or unnecessary procedures at all, which made me trust them.
