A place run by the director alone. Very small. I don't know where the operating room is.. maybe on an upper floor? The waiting time was quite long, and they didn't take any photos or anything.
Even before coming for the consultation, I had thought that no matter what other places I visited, I would end up choosing this one. But the director has an extremely strong presence. He acts however he feels like. Since I didn't take off my hat, he half-snatched it off!! He gives off the vibe of someone acting like the absolute boss, so I was like, uh... can I really trust this place..? and felt a bit of a crash. Still, I admit it was my fault too because he kept telling me to take it off and I was just spacing out from being so tired. I snapped out of it from that point on.
Usually directors say things like, this part is like this, so you need to do that and that~ but [Doctor A] asked, what's the problem? Just like I had heard.. He explained each thing one by one, then asked if I had been to other clinics. When I said I'd been to [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], he told me to say what they told me there.. so I told him, and then he said he didn't really know about the other clinics, told me to do this and that, and said I could go out.. I was so shocked that I was like, huh? Am I really being sent out like this?? I still had so many things to ask.. and while I was just sitting there, he said the rest would be discussed with the manager, so I was kicked out almost like being sent away.
The consultation was 2/3 just him touching my nose and staring at it intensely, without photos or anything. It felt like the whole consultation was just touching my nose.
Even so, what I liked most was that his thinking matched mine the best. Other places were recommending osteotomy, and especially pushing me to put an implant in the bridge of the nose, which I really didn't like. My bridge is already high and, in fact, quite large, so I want to reduce it, but with people saying that once you raise the tip, you also need to raise the bridge a bit, I was about to resign myself thinking, ah, maybe I need to raise the bridge too.. Then here they said the bridge is already way too high, so it's better not to do it. And at other places everyone was recommending alar reduction because my alar base is thick, but here they said I was the one who wanted it first.

I had so many things to ask.. it sucks...
They said general anesthesia is only used at the beginning of the surgery, and after that they do local anesthesia, so you hear and feel everything while the surgery goes on, which worries me a lot..
