I had surgery 3 years ago, and my nose became crooked in a short period of time. The consultant did not tell me that the more severe the deviated septum is, the more crooked the nose can appear if silicone is added on top to raise it, so I think my nose became crooked quickly.. If I had known earlier, I would have had crooked-nose surgery at the same time. The director's design work is really good though.
