I had surgery with partial incision before. I was somewhat satisfied, but the inner corner plasty was uneven. Later I found out that the left inner corner plasty had been stitched incorrectly, which is why it became uneven. It seems like fat removal was not necessary, so I wonder if that was a bit of overtreatment. Still, I lived with it feeling somewhat satisfied.
