The aftercare is good. But maybe because I have a lot of muscle and my bones are thick and my lower body is developed, even after the fat was removed, I look similar to how I did before surgery. I do not know what should be done in cases like this.. My butt got smaller, and my thighs used to touch but now they do not. I wanted to become very skinny-boned.. but there is a limit.
