The second eye-surgery hospital I visited... As expected, the consultation with Director [Doctor A] was short, around 5 minutes. Still, since they recommended partial incision instead of non-incision to fit my eye, it seems they paid a little more attention. The consultation manager was kind, and the reception staff were rather impersonal.
