I made a reservation and went there, but because the director was in surgery, I had to wait about 30 minutes. The consultation felt comfortable, and they shaped the line, said I also needed ptosis correction, and recommended full incisions. It felt like they understood what direction I wanted and were trying to match it as much as possible. After leaving the director's room, I heard some brief information at the front desk and that was the end.
