I consulted about double eyelid surgery. The director explained the surgical method one by one and even designed the line, and was extremely kind. However, the consultation manager was unfriendly. No matter what I asked, the answers were perfunctory... They just said they would handle everything, and I did not know whether this even counted as a consultation. The director is kind.
