I visited after seeing a filler event for Cheum in July 2022. After the filler, the shape changed a little, so I came back a week later for molding. The problem started there. A female consultation manager came and did the molding. When I asked why the doctor was not doing it, she replied, "I do molding better than the doctor, so if you want to get it from the doctor, should I call him?" and I was extremely flustered. And that woman said she had many of her own clients, but do consultation managers have their own clients? Am I the one who does not know something? If she is not a doctor, what kind of client is a manager's client...? I was so dumbfounded that I just got the molding done roughly and left.
Almost two years have passed, and it is still a shocking day for me.
