I called and visited on the same day, and they said the timing would work, so I waited about 30 minutes. One person was in front of me waiting, and then they went in, and at that time I was guided to the consultation room. I think they probably called me while the person ahead of me was preparing for surgery/procedure. As soon as I went in, they looked at my face and mentioned facial features I had never heard about at other hospitals, which was interesting. Also, they spoke a little fast. It was the last place I visited after going around several clinics, so I was a bit spaced out, but they explained the essentials quickly and seemed like a veteran.
