About 10 months ago, I had three procedures at once: zygoma reduction, square jaw reduction, and surgery for a retruded chin.
I got it because I disliked how uneven my face looked.
Before doing it, whether it will be effective depends on this: if your face is already small but only certain areas protrude, the effect is good.
If your whole face is originally large, it is not very effective. You should know that.
My face is on the larger side too, so there was no dramatic effect, but the facial line was definitely cleaned up, so I am satisfied with that alone.
Looking at each surgery separately, for the square jaw, maybe because I asked during the consultation to leave some jaw, there is almost no effect ㅠ
The zygoma definitely got smaller, but I am getting the side effect of cheek sagging. I guess I will need lifting or something for this.
Oh, and since I had a retruded chin, I got genioplasty advancement, and the effect of this is amazing.
My side profile improved a lot.
And it has been 8 months since surgery now, but swelling keeps going down until around 6 months, so do not worry too much.
