They emphasize that there have been no accidents, but in reality they seem to avoid surgeries that could cause complications altogether. I had eye surgery here and one eye is uneven, and only one side requires effort to open my eye. If you're looking for your first surgery to become prettier rather than revision surgery for a complication, I wouldn't recommend it.
