I first consulted with the consultation manager, then with the doctor, and then with the manager again for the price discussion. The doctor spoke in a firm way and explained things clearly, which I liked. The price is a bit higher than other plastic surgery clinics. Even though there were many people and they were busy, the consultation manager was kind, which I liked.
