The facilities were clean, and the staff who did the taping and removed the stitches...? all of them were kind. The director was not the warm and friendly type, but when I said I wanted to proceed in the safest direction possible, they explained things accordingly and were very clear about what could not be done. When I visited another plastic surgery clinic, they even recommended some crazy cat-like procedure, and I thought, does my wife really need to do all that, yikes;; so I was scared. Here, they said they do not casually recommend excessive procedures, which I liked. But the short consultation time with the director is a bit of a drawback. I was very satisfied with the eye results, but my nose ended up with a slight nostril asymmetry, which was disappointing. (I do think it could not be helped because I already had severe asymmetry.) If you want something flashy and obvious, I think it would be better to go somewhere else. But if you do not want to mess with the nose too much and want a natural result, I think this place is good.
