This was the first hospital I went to for a consultation, and I was stunned that the consultation was held publicly at the counter, right by the entrance, rather than in a separate consultation room. The manager who handled the consultation was also very rude and disrespectful. I did not meet the doctor, so I do not know, but I will not have surgery here just because it left me in a bad mood.
