She honestly told me what would improve and what wouldn't, and I could clearly feel her professionalism, which I really liked. The waiting time wasn't long, and the consultation manager was also very kind, and I could tell she wasn't selling me anything but was talking for my benefit, and she was honest about the things I would need, the effects after surgery, and things like that. Overall, I got a good impression.
