I went to get liposuction on my thighs and buttocks, but they only recommended the buttocks. No matter how I thought about it, I felt the line would look better if I did them together, but the doctor said the thighs wouldn't be effective, so I only had the buttocks done. Doing it under local anesthesia was neither painful nor scary. The doctor did it really well without much pain and was kind. But it has been 2 years since the surgery, and it still doesn't look smooth, and when I tense up, it looks a little bumpy. And in the end I had my thighs done somewhere else. But the small connection area between the buttocks and thighs has awkwardly left some old fat behind. The buttocks and thighs should be done at the same place.
