I made a consultation reservation and went. I had been making a list and going around several places because I wanted to get consultations in multiple places, and I had整理ed the things I was curious about and went there to ask about them, so I think they really took the time to talk deeply about each question. I had also seen the clinic cafe, so I kept asking about various things, and they gave me many answers, which helped a lot, so I even booked the surgery before leaving.
