I highly recommend getting a consultation here. The director is a perfectionist with very detailed analysis, so they tell you many things from perspectives that other people do not mention.
This was the longest consultation I have had. I had not prepared that many questions, but every time the director answered one, more questions kept coming to mind, so the consultation ended up lasting a long time.
However, the material they would use was different from what I hoped for, so I do not plan to get it done here.

My face is crooked, so my right nostril is larger. The asymmetry may be noticeable. They will try to match it as much as possible. You may have gotten used to it and not noticed it until now, but after surgery, the changed shape will stand out to you. The nose is also bent to the right, and the right side is higher. Because it is asymmetric, do not reduce the nostrils. If the septum is calcified, they will use ear cartilage. If the dorsal hump is shaved down, most people end up with a very narrow width on the opposite side.
