I wanted an in-line shape, but they did a canthoplasty without discussing the upper canthoplasty in advance, and at that time they did not say things like how it would change if I had the upper canthoplasty done, either T_T Since then my impression has also changed, so I am getting a revision this year. Other than that, I remember everyone being kind, and aftercare ends when the stitches are removed.
