I trusted their blog because the posts were so unvarnished, so I went there wanting to remove the stuff that had been stacked on so thickly by the previous hospital. They said complete removal would be difficult and that using autologous costal cartilage would be better, but the autologous costal cartilage had calcified, so they used ear cartilage instead. The problem was that they took too much ear cartilage, and my ear became deformed My nose is also a bit crooked.. and it did not become as soft and natural as their blog confidence suggested. But I am now looking into complete removal because I think that is unavoidable once something has been inserted into the tip of the nose.
