If you look at the before-and-after photos, my nose was short and low, so I replaced the existing silicone, used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip material, had alar reduction, columellar extension, and philtrum-nose surgery! Originally, at my previous rhinoplasty clinic, I just saw nose reviews and thought they were pretty, so I vaguely wanted nose surgery. When the clinic said they would use silicone and cartilage, I was just like, "I guess that's how it is~" I had surgery without knowing anything about why they use them or what they are used for ㅠㅠ
But the director at Respect explained everything, from the reason for using the materials to what surgical method it would be and even why it had to be done.. Maybe because of that, at some point I found myself scheduling a surgery date..ㅎ
Now it has been about 4 weeks since surgery, and a lot of the major swelling has gone down, with only small residual swelling left. Still, when I look in the mirror, I just feel so happyㅎ^ㅎ❤
