I went in for a nose surgery consultation, but since I didn't make a reservation, they said it would take over an hour, so I went back when there were fewer people. When I went back, I waited about 15 minutes and had the consultation (no reservation). I consulted with the manager, and they just told me the basics and said, yes, you'll have this and this and this and this surgery done, and the price is this. That's all haha Maybe because I went around 30 minutes before closing, the staff's expressions were blank. I almost left out of guilt;; They gave me a tablet and said to fill this out and wait. That was it?? I feel like I didn't get much information at all.
