I had nose surgery a month ago. The manager was kind, and I was intrigued by the functional nose option, so I went ahead with surgery soon after. However, the doctor also opened another hospital and left, and for aftercare they assigned another director, but that person also said they would soon be moving to another branch. It leaves a slightly unpleasant feeling at the end.
