I had a canthoplasty four years ago. I was young and impatient and did not visit many clinics before choosing one, which I regret. Back then I thought it turned out well because the Mongolian fold area looked more open, but as time passed it became too wide, making the eye corners look sharp and the expression harsher, and I think that is because of the canthoplasty. I even feel like I want to have it revised a little later... T_T
