When I booked the consultation, they asked if there was a director I wanted to see, and I said no. I assumed one of the directors would be assigned and I would meet them for the consultation, but I ended up consulting with the manager instead. As soon as I went in, they said that if I did not have private insurance, I could not have the consultation, which caught me off guard.. Why would that be.. I had not said in advance that this was for functional nose surgery. They said they would see me for cosmetic purposes, but even though the person was not even a board-certified specialist, they personally calculated how my nose was and how it should be done. Then I left without even a 5-minute consultation..
