Very factory-like.. I waited and left without even seeing the doctor's face. There were a lot of reviews and it looked nice, but there were really way too many people.. The staff were kind, though.. I didn't want to have surgery at a place this crowded.. T_T But I did meet someone coming to get their stitches removed, and they looked fine.
