Someone I know had surgery here and it turned out well, so I went for a consultation. The consultation manager was very kind and explained everything carefully, but I was disappointed in the consultation with the director. They looked extremely tired, and although I waited more than an hour, the consultation ended in less than 5 minutes. And they didn't explain the surgery method or say anything else, and they didn't ask any questions either, so my desire to have the surgery completely disappeared.
