I ended up deciding on them because the doctor's consultation was professional and systematic. They are not especially kind, but they do answer questions well. I do feel a bit disappointed that before surgery I could not comfortably talk about the direction I wanted. Rather than setting the design direction together with the patient, it seems they set it first and then check whether you like it. If you are getting eye surgery here, I think it would help to strongly emphasize the style you want.
They seem good at the technical side of surgery, and I had less bruising than expected. My eyes are not exactly the line I had imagined, but T_T (because I could not explain enough) they made them into pretty eyes. The inner corner canthoplasty was done very naturally, and they seemed to pay attention to minimizing visible scarring. My overall assessment is that if you can coordinate the design well with the doctor, then you can trust them with eye surgery.
