The front desk staff were generally unfriendly. The doctor’s explanation was fine. These days plastic surgery clinics usually have good facilities, but... the hospital facilities seemed older than I expected. What was disappointing was that after the consultation, other hospitals wrote down the price and what kind of surgery it would be on a card and gave it to me, but here they didn’t, so later I couldn’t remember anything at all ..
