First of all, I liked that they managed the number of consultation clients so there wasn’t anyone waiting in the lobby. It was nice that I didn’t have to hear Chinese, and I liked the calm atmosphere. I also felt they were considerate in separating the consultation rooms so the clients wouldn’t run into one another, and the consultation manager was kind, so I felt comfortable during the consultation.
I consulted with Dr. Kim, and I think he may be the kindest and most sincere doctor I’ve consulted with so far.
He said to keep asking if I had questions, and I was impressed that he didn’t act bothered. (I’ve met many doctors who talk too much about themselves during consultations, or whose responses to questions are annoyed, or who make the other person feel intimidated...)
However, after looking at the before-and-after photos of surgery, I’m unsure whether I can get the design I want, so I’m still thinking about it.
