I went to six different places for a revision eyelid surgery consultation, and this was the only one that recommended buried suture. Because buried suture tends to have less swelling and less burden, it was tempting, but I am worried it might come undone quickly! Other than that, the director also gave a thorough consultation, and the staff were kind, so that was nice.
