I have a hump and a bulbous nose. The skin is pretty thick, so it's a difficult nose to operate on. I had surgery 3 times at [Clinic A], but the implant became crooked and the nostrils were uneven, and .. it was a mess, so I spent a lot of money and had revision surgery here. Because the skin on my nose is thick, they said it had to be made high and sturdy, so they used autologous costal cartilage to make it solid so it wouldn't collapse. It's not perfectly symmetrical, but I'm more or less satisfied. (There were even doctors who gave up and said they couldn't operate on my nose, so I'm grateful they made it this far...) This is a nose-specialist clinic, and the director personally performs the surgery, so I recommend it for nose surgery. But the desk staff are really bad. So I'm deducting points.
