I had nose surgery + fat grafting when the hospital had only just opened. I had a snub nose, and it seemed to go well for about 3 months, but gradually the tip of my nose started to rise, and the tip of the nose stayed almost like it originally was, so now it's just a state where only silicone and ear cartilage are inside, and I'm planning on getting revision surgery. The fat grafting on my forehead and chin disappeared very quickly, but I think some of it is still left in my cheeks.
