The doctor spoke very calmly and comfortably and said I could ask any questions if I had them, but I could not think of any questions and could not speak, so he brought up the kinds of questions people usually ask, which was nice. But I do not think it was worth paying a consultation fee for, so 4 stars. I have nothing to say about the front desk staff... The facilities are good, and I decided to have the surgery here, so I am giving it 5 stars for my expectations that it will go well, ,,
