The director was really calm and spoke comfortably, and said I could ask any questions if I had them. But I couldn’t think of any questions, so I just stayed quiet, and then he started telling me the kinds of questions people usually ask, which was nice. Still, I don’t think it was enough to justify a consultation fee, so 4 stars. I have nothing to say about the desk staff... The facilities are good, and I decided to have my surgery here, so I’m really hoping it goes well. I’ll give it 5 stars for my surgery expectations, ,,.
