I waited more than a month for the consultation appointment and then had the consultation. The director looked at the photo and did a simulation of how many millimeters would be added and what shape it would be, and the consultation manager was kind and gave a good consultation. I wanted to get it done here, but I did not because I was a bit hesitant due to the alar reduction.
