I had a consultation booked by phone, but about 2 days before, I got a call saying there were too many consultations and I would probably have to wait a long time, so they moved it 30 minutes earlier. I did not think an earlier time would work, so when I asked about a later consultation time, they said something like 3 to 4 hours later. It was not an insanely long time, but I had already scheduled other clinics, so it was a bit awkward. It was my first cosmetic procedure and my first consultation, so I was very worried during the doctor consultation, and they gently but clearly implied that patients who worry too much are the type doctors tend to avoid. Still, it was a fairly long consultation and they explained things well. I went there only thinking about double eyelid surgery, but I came away being recommended natural adhesion, eye correction, and epicanthoplasty. The coordinator explained things kindly, and the other desk staff were kind too. The clinic was also clean and fancy. Oh, I went with my mom, and the coordinator casually suggested treatment or cosmetic work to my mom too^^ They said same-day booking was possible, but there was no push for a deposit. Since I said I came after seeing a review site, they mentioned a discount if I left a review.
