After seeing the hospital's promotional phrase about having no accidents, I decided to go for a consultation. The consultation manager kindly and thoroughly explained everything, and I also had a consultation with the doctor, who stated things clearly and asked if I had any questions. The only downside was that there was some waiting time for the consultation.
