The manager was kind from the start, and I had a lot of questions, but she answered everything sincerely. The doctor also explained things by pointing out the key points clearly, so it was easy to understand. Whenever there was something I did not understand, they explained it again in simple terms. The consultation manager was very kind, so I think it would be okay to bring up any discomfort after surgery as well.
