Of all the places I have been to, this was the one that explained things best so that I could understand easily. Even though I had previously had surgery at an otolaryngology clinic for a deviated septum and nasal valve stenosis, they told me it had probably worsened. I realized for the first time that I had been breathing through only one nostril.. I could feel the professionalism, and it seemed they did not perform overly aggressive surgery beyond what was necessary. They emphasized natural results above all else and said that harmony with the face is important. They do not recommend unnecessary surgery, but since I had botched a functional and cosmetic procedure before, they recommended having surgery again
