I went with no expectations and didn't specify a director, so I consulted with the person I was assigned to. I consulted with Director Woo, and they were truly kind!! They examined everything carefully and explained a lot about my eyes, so for the first time I understood that this is what my eyes are like. I didn't check the consultation time, but it felt quite long. They calmly explained what suits my eyes and what I need, and said unnecessary things were unnecessary. They also explained well what kind of eye would need what kind of care after surgery. At first the consultation manager felt a little like mechanical kindness? but not so mechanical that it felt strange (? ) Anyway, the first impression was good!
