Free CT, and it seems like the director likes glamorous noses. If I had only wanted a cosmetic nose, I would have done it here. However, he seemed to prefer silicone, so for someone like me who wanted no implant, it felt a bit uncomfortable. Still, I liked that he explained clearly how the surgery would proceed and what procedure would be performed.
