The consultation manager was extremely good at talking. The director gave a very realistic consultation, so my expectations for surgery had dropped a lot, but the manager explained things well and gave me confidence, so I made the reservation right away and had the surgery. The result is truly satisfying. I was very worried about scarring, but the scar is only visible to me, and my nose has become naturally smaller. My complex has disappeared, so I am satisfied every time I look in the mirror. It turned out much better than the director said. The director's hands seem very delicate.
